  • Fixed the students main page. Now the students can't see the professors personal files.

  • The professors page for copy files from one course to another was fixed.

  • The mail problem was fixed. After the change done on Feb/21/2002 emails wasn't working until Wed Feb/27.
  • The students page for the selection of the exam to take was updated. Now there is a full description of what to do in that page and in the exam page. Now the exams that are out of date can not be selected and the exams with a null password doesn't prompt for a password.
  • the edit profile page for professors and students was updated to fit the new DB structure.

  • Background, colors, logo, and some other things on the style and structure of IE-Learning change.
  • The students and professors links menu was changed and re-arranged. Now is a drop down menu.
  • The way to do the Login change, now the user only needs to write the username and password, then appears a page where they can select the course that he/she wants to enter.
  • The users DB structure was changed.
  • Now the professors can upload multiple files with a limit of three.
  • Now the professor can upload files for multiple courses. They can do one upload for multiple courses.

  • Now the professors can upload files in one course and copy the same file to other courses.
  • Now the page could cover 100% of the screen. This was done because sometimes there are characters that couldn't be seen on the right side of the window.

  • Any list of the students is now sorted by the last four(4) digits of the student number.

  • The description now is editable in the professor's page for create grades columns and for the page of the selection of the exam to change the grades.
  • The link of the active courses was eliminated of the Exit session page and the goodbye message was splite in two lines.

  • In the professor's link menu, the link named "Create new task to be uploaded by students" now is named "Create a New Upload Name".
  • Students uploads page fixed, students couldn't uploads files do to programming error.
  • Now the professors can download the student information (name, lastname, email, grades) from their main page. The file is in comma separated values format, it can be easily opened by Microsoft Excel.

  • Now the students can not see which of the questions they have correct or wrong after submitting the exam. They can see only the score.
  • The courses list was restored, again the complete list of courses are displayed on the login page.
  • The exam's confirmation script was corrected.

  • The active courses link was eliminated from the students menu and from the login page.
  • The courses list on the login page was reduced to the second semester courses only.

  • Now the students and the professors can change between their courses without a re-login.
  • Most of the scripts using the number of the form where updated, now some of them use the name. Errors could be raised in some pages.
  • The footer now have a link for the industrial engineering department and a link for the university of Puerto Rico Mayagüez.

  • The student's main page now displays the last 2 days files and the schedule if there is any.
  • The student's menu now is in Arial with x-small letter size. The Join a group link was added.
  • The Create New Exam page have now a script to avoid missing information errors and a confirmation before the information is sent.
  • The Exams now have a second confirmation before they are submitted.
  • The present exam page was updated. Now you can't access an exam before the access date or after the due date.
  • Now students are not allowed to see the exams results before the due date.
  • The description of the create grade column page was updated.
  • A provisional page for the professor to see the uploaded files by the groups was created. The wish list is on the page.
  • The professors links table now have borders to divide the link on each category.
  • The name of the link of the page "Modify Uploads List" was changed to "Create Task to be uploaded by students". The link was on the "File Related" Category on the professors links menu, before was the last one on the column, now is one before the last one.
  • A page was created to send the accounts information to the user's email in case of lost password.
Feb/9/2002
  • Dates are now displayed with the abbreviation of the name of the month.
  • Bug fixed for the task names, now they are displayed correctly no matter if the last numbers of the name are bigger than 10.
  • The time interval now is shown on the Select Exam Page.
  • The session timeout was eliminated from the heading.
  • The student's page for exam selection was modified. Now a script is used to make the process more straight forward. This solve the problem of the selection of the radio button that wasn't too visible.
  • The password field in the Edit Profile page for students and professors is now as type password, and a script do the confirmation.
  • The "Create Courses" page was updated.
  • The students can not upload files if there is no name of task to upload. They need to upload the file by a name from the tasks list.
Feb/8/2002
  • Printable Exam can not be seen on View Exams Results page from now on.
  • The groups features for students were added.
  • The footer style was changed. Now there are no images or computer requirements shown. The feedbacks link was eliminated, web page updates link was added and the email address of the webmaster is shown.
  • The Website updates page was added.
