Dr. Rullán obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree (1990) and a Master of Engineering degree (1988) from Lehigh University in Bethelem Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science degree (1985) from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez, Currently Dr. Rullán works as a Professor and Department Head in the Industrial Department teaching courses mostly related to Automation, Robotics, Computers in Manufacturing Control, Plant Layout, and Material Handling. His research areas include PLC software development, the use of PC's in industrial control, and product design, development and manufacturing.
