Consulting projects with industry, nonprofit agencies and government fall into one or several of the following objectives

Many international companies are contemplating the possibility of bringing to Puerto Rico their call centers dedicated to serve Latin American customers. Call center design requires a systems approach married with operations research techniques and customer service research. Cultural differences need to be considered when designing these systems; therefore, the growing literature on call centers might not be totally appropriate to the Puerto Rican reality.
